Du Xiaoming, Secretary of CPC Guangzhou City University of Technology Committee, is in charge of the overall Party committee affairs of the university. He is responsible for Party and political building, theory strengthening, organization consolidating and publicity and united front work while in charge of the university's CPC Committee Office, CPC Organizational Department, CPC Publicity Department, Department of United Front Work.

Su Cheng, President of Guangzhou City University of Technology, is in charge of the overall administrative work of the university. He is responsible for the development planning of the university, major and discipline construction, scientific research and personnel work while in charge of the university's Department of Human Resources, Office of Evaluation and Construction, Office of Discipline and Science and Technology and Engineering Research Institute.

Zhou Shiyao, Vice President of Guangzhou City University of Technology, is in charge of daily round of the Board of Directors, administrative management of the university, financial work and legal affairs. She is responsible for the coordination between the Board of Directors and the CPC Guangzhou City University of Technology committee as well as the administrative cadres of the university while in charge of the Office of Board of Directors, University Office of Guangzhou City University of Technology and Financial Department.

Liu Jianbo, Deputy secretary of CPC Guangzhou City University of Technology Committee and Vice President of Guangzhou City University of Technology, is responsible for students’ ideological and political work and daily affairs, recruitment and employment, international exchanges and cooperation as well as alumni affairs. He is in charge of the Department of Students Affairs, Guangzhou City University of Technology Youth League Committee, Global Education and Exchange Center, Department of Sports and Center for Procurement and Bidding Management.

Shang Qichao, Secretary of the Commission for Disciplinary Inspection and Vice President of Guangzhou City University of Technology, is responsible for discipline inspection and supervision as well as audit affairs, logistics, campus management,  information and network and labor union of the university while in charge of the university's Department of Audit, Department of Logistics (Office of Health), Department of Security, Network and Information Center, Guangzhou City University of Technology Labor Union and Logistics Group.       

Wei Demin, Vice President of Guangzhou City University of Technology, is responsible for teaching affairs, including undergraduate education, entrepreneurship and innovation education, postgraduate education, continuing education and laboratory management. She is in charge of the university's Department of Teaching Affairs, Department of Teaching Quality Management, Laboratory Management Center, library and Continuing Education and Training Center.
